That fish makes me want to trim my long hair and put it in some abstract style, and then go write in my live journal about how I was rejected by every girl I met in my life.

But then, when I look at it upside down I smile! :D

Well The reason we must make an example of this kid is simple. He has attempted it 4 times before successful. He isnt the only one doing it. We are a big target as of late. We must make an example of him. Its not becuase it went down, its the principle of it all. I cant continue to fix that site every week, casue that is what its coming down to. Attacked every week. He is prob get a slap on the wrist and his parents will pay the price. Oh well.

Isn't it at least the principle of the thing to see to it at that justice, or in this case, punishment is done?
Hah! I called it!

Isn't it punishable under both now? We got those anti-hacking laws in place and the government is really serious about them.

Maybe / maybe not...I don't care. My interest in criminal versus civil is purely who is footing the prosecution bill. The goverment would fund a criminal case cost, while a civil one would have to be picked up by Squeeg or someone personally.

My claim is that it is a waste of PERSONAL money to pursue a civil case, because any actual damage award would likely be trivial. No punitive or "pain & suffereing" damages would ever be awared in such a case, so the judgement is limited to actual expenses incurred.
