Ok, I take back some of the bad I've said about it. This article has made my interest level go back up, but I'm still worried that there is just not enough customization and real difference to set this apart from other FPS games aside from the different armors and weapons. I'd really like to see some other abilities that you can earn/learn that aren't necessarily just given to you because you are of the class that uses it. I'd also like to see a pilot class of some kind. I get the feeling that the use of vehicles will simply be a method of travel and have no real combat use which I think is a waste. There's serious potential for a unique game if they could implement a balanced vehicle system into the combat and not just have it in the game as marketing fluff.
The article in question;

Also, I have to disagree with some things said in it. One, aside from the robotic pieces, I don't see really any resemblance to Unreal Tournament's art style, but maybe a little in regards to Gears of War. I actually think some of the armor looks T:V-esque, if anything. It'll be interesting to see how well the engine runs with such large numbers, 100vs100 instances will be chaotic if nothing else. Gears of War runs fairly well on XBox Live via home broadband connections, but those are only tiny games of 4v4 at max. There's also no vehicles to be found in Gears MP, so that's something I havn't a clue about.
