For the record; Purdue lost against Notre Dame 35-21. And despite the loss, I'm impressed. Curtis Painter played like the QB he can be. Painter passed for 2 TDs, and no interceptions. And the wide receivers are getting better; Lymon having 8 receptions for 238 yards and 2 TDs. The only thing Purdue needs to really improve upon is defense, and that really means the secondaries and one or two linebackers. So, a loss is a loss, but it was a good loss by Purdue.

BSU stomped Utah 36 - 3 and are now ranked 21!!! WOOT! They are no Ohio and won't have a chance this season to prove "anything". They could literally go undefeated this season and not even get a top 15 ranking. It's a shame - they don't play anyone tough this year. :( The only traditionally "tough" team left for them is Fresno State and they don't look so hot.

But . . . BSU's getting more kudos then Purdue. It's a shame; I was really hoping that Purdue would pull off an upset for a shot in hell chance to see BSU and Purdue face off in a bowl game. Now Boise has to lose a game for that to be a possibility.

On a seperate note; BSU is now 11-0 against Mountain West teams. Mountain West is a hurtin unit.
