I was kind of surprised too. Rhodes or Addai probably should have gotten the award and maybe even split it between them...

But that's kinda irrelevant since we got the championship here in Indy.

He wasn't spectacular, but he did get the job done. Plus, I guess he was a very reassuring presence on the field. When he was in control of himself, the team was in control; and when the team was in control of itself, the game was taken away from the Bears. Of course, they really really stunk at the first minute of the game. :P

And on Monday, Peyton criticizes his offensive line. Great sportsman.

link?

I know he threw his O Line under the bus last season (they were AWFUL in that playoff game last year, but he still shouldn't have said anything - at least outside of the locker room). All I've heard this offseason is how the O Line loves working with Peyton and Peyton always takes them out to dinner. His locker is also in the middle of the O line (3 linemen to one side, 2 to the other... thought that was pretty interesting).

(oh PS are you a Pats fan, an anti-Peyton guy or both? Just curious since you're really harboring some hatred for him)

It was on the local news. Since he graduated from UT, there's a lot of interest in him. He also has business ties in teh state. He actually threw his offence under the bus this season.

Not necessarily a Pats fan. It's just that he's not really the nice guy that everyone sees on TV. He's really a prick.

That's what I heard too; I have engineers and sales people in TN, none of them like Peyton.
