Ok. I have wanted to toss the damn flag more than once to a teammate in T:V, but I don't think you can.

Does anyone know if that is possible currently or if it will be added prior to final launch?

It could be a huge plus to drop/throw the flag when your anchored to the ceiling of "Cavern" by a grappling hook.

Pharoah check you binds page in the options. There is a flag mount button, and you hold down fire to pass it. It is much like TR2, or T:Vs hand grenades. Flag passing is kinda funny the flag flies then drop like a rock. But it is definitely in there.

Or if you are carrying the flag check the flag Icon to find the "Equip flag button". I forget what the default is I use middle mouse button.

Yeah, hit 5 to toggle the flag to your hand, then hit fire to drop it. It's like a deployable, but 5 insteand of 4.

Well I reconfigured my keys to be as similar to T2 as possible but there was just not quite enough keys to go around, so let me see, i believe the free look key would be called "toggle behind" in ur controls. That is the key that I have assigned to my "free look" key for T2, is that right guys?
Just take a look at ur controls and that should help ya out.

So how does the toggle behind work then. I press it and it puts me in 3rd person with no way to spin the camera around to see the front of the armor.

I want to try some ski capping . . . I want to hook my grappling hook to the back of a buggy and surf/ski behind the buggy. I want to see if I can grab the flag like that. I understand some people have tried this approach with aerial grappling and that it is buggy. I want to try it with my feet as firmly planted on the ground as possible.

Yes, grappling vehicles is a bit buggy... I had the bright idea of grappling onto the Assault ship and standing between the two gunners with a repair pack... Unfortunately, as soon as it took off, I died.

Movement is jerky when you're grappled to an air vehicle... I haven't tried doing it with ground vehicles yet.

Sounds like it's worth some experimentation if nothing else . . .

I've got to find some "unique" ways to cap because frankly the capping portion of the game is a bit dull without vehicles to launch myself from. I can get more speed skiing to the flag then I can jumping out of the assault vehicle . . . lame.
