How do you misplace Bubonic plague infected mice? Why is this facility still able to operate if security and accountability protocols are so lax?!

hmm there are no vaccinations for "the plague" atleast there aren't any licensed in the us the only thing we have is an antibiotic that has to be taken before the syptoms get to a certain stage. You would think that they would have more security and the if they got outside they would die comment sounds like a way to save their butts.

i am submitting this news article for my current events class.

Here is a quote from a website
Immunization

No plague vaccine is currently available for use in the United States, although a killed vaccine was previously licensed. Animal and preliminary human studies have indicated that a killed plague vaccine is not effective for preventing pneumonic plague. A recombinant vaccine candidate for the prevention of pneumonic plague after inhalational challenge is currently being evaluated.

I concur, I believe the released comment was designed to keep the public from panicking. I have no faith in their comment, I only hope those rodents and the strain they carried have died and pose no threat. I also do not plain to visit Newark NJ any time in the near future.

I believe all of those lost nukes were finally accounted for.

The rats however . . . are still missing. What they're not telling us is that those rats were also the rats that they created with human DNA injected into their brain stems!! I bet they up and flew the coup, having super-rat intelligence, in a carefully planned scheme.

If ya ask me, they've got one up on Dunna.

Of course, we're all just rats in a rat race.

You gotta be joking, bubonic plague infected rats with potentially human intelligence on the loose! Hey, then they're probably infesting the nearest bar/pub!

I believe those nukes were found, after they were bought and paid for. Now whether or not they made it out of the facility is a different question, whether we will ever hear all the details is highly "un-likely"!

All I want to know is... who will accept responsibility for the missing infected and possibly "enhanced" (human brain cells... is it a step up or down the evolutionary ladder... depends on the donor) rodents.
