For it to be free and for you to get your account all you need to do is follow two rules. IF you do not follow these rule your signature WILL not work.

1. Right now I dont think that it supports GIF Files. If you upload one and it doesnt work just delete that file.
2. DO NOT DELETE THE INDEX.PHP FILE THAT IS ALREADY IN YOUR DIRECTORY, IF YOU DELETE THIS YOUR SIGNATURE WILL NOT WORK.
