I am assuming some or more do or try to exercise or do your thing... I do and I mix it up a lot when I can with outdoor things, some Interval, Cross-Training and a little Cross-Fit and of course free weights(much lighter since I am older now) and with Rubber tubes on walls, post, ceilings and floor, yadda and also body weight stuff along with more core work..
