To all members and non members. As you could see by playing this game you will witness that more and more servers are going down and TV will go down as well, we all need to think about Christmas is coming as well. For this game to survive, purchase this game and give some away to friends or family and lets continue on playing.

If you like this game as much as I do, its time for you to give a helping hand to new players by sending them TV. This game never had the chance to explode in marketing like other PC games like Halo. You played this game and you see how much better it is and fast action and so much better then any first person game. Buy one or two and give it away as a give. I personaly am going to try to buy as many TVs as i can and give them away too. If you could do this, it will greatly increase the size of this game. With more people come more clans and with more clans comes a bigger BEML. Finaly with a bigger BEML comes more competition and more fun for everone!

Nice idea seeing how you can buy it for about 5 or 10 bucks would make a good stocking stuffer. Personally I have yet to find a game that holds my attention and is as much fun to play as T.V. All the other games kinda just fall into the wargames category for me except for TF2 mainly because of the totally different graphics.

I don't think that's going to help much. All good things must come to an end.

Isnt the game 3-4 cd's? and they key changer wont work online. You are better off paying the $5-10

If I can find a copy I'll pick one up. Apperently I can run it. I wouldn't quit tribes 2, but I wouldn't mind joining the rd crew on tv, they seem to always have good numbers out.

The game is pretty huge but if someone were really energetic you could split it up and have the multi player version and single player seperate, then strip off all the maps save one. That would really reduce the file size then have a 'read me' file which would direct to the map download site along with directions for installation.

Only 1 problem I can think of and that is if big brother were to hunt people down for giving away their software!?!

As to the hosting the game for free...
The problem is not the space, it's big brother as stated above.
That, and monthly transfer allowances.
D/Ling a 4 gig file a few dozen times(lets be realistic you are going to get much more then that at least not at first) would hit most of us ware we live pretty quick.
On the other hand some one could plant a "seed" over at Tartooga (Ya know the Bay ware all the pirates hang out. ), and if there was any interest that might take off.

RD is still active in T2. We will probably not do a ladder ever again, but a league is a different story. I know PK is talking about a BEML league and that would be of interest. As I run the TV team and leave the running of T2 to others, it would be up to them, though I've been known to twist arms and use bribery.

well hosting the game ourselves could cause some legal issues. If you guys look at blu fox's post you can buy TV from amazon.com for under a dollar. I would rather buy it for -1.00 than go to jail.

Gid have u tried to use that TV issue u found on limewire and see if it works?

I personaly though, am going to buy TV for friends and give it to them. Yes TV is going downhill, but maybe we can have a TV "resurrection" as gideon said. With more ppl playing comes more fun. and with more fun becomes a better TV.
