Just got an update on Joe for u guys. His surgery was a success. He is currently in ICU right now getting his meds squared away, in lots of pain right now. Next week will be starting kimo therapy to address anymore cancer. I will be rollin in on Joe hopefully this weekend to check up on him.

Joe,

I saw your post and couldn't bring myself to respond. I'm still very raw and you make the 3rd friend that has become seriously ill since Gig's passing. It is almost more than I can handle. So please forgive me for not being quicker to tell you that I'm holding the best possible thoughts and am sure that things will be ok. I'm just so sorry you and your family are having to go through this. Once the pain and discomfort of surgery and treatment are over, I believe you will find yourself in a much better place in your life. There is nothing like being close to losing it all, to appreciate it all the more. Its a heck of a way to make the journey, but I always feel there is a reason (lesson to be learned) from these life-changing events.

Speedy recovery, my friend.

Lady, from what I know Joe is out of the hospital and doing a little better. He actually came to T2 practice for a bit on Sunday.

Didnt get to talk much with him because he didnt stay long but he did say he was feeling a little better.
