we will definately look into it Choda. Previously lady had stated that ladders caused Tribes to stumble and collapse under pressure, but as for now we really need to focus on practice dates. Once everyone Votes and posts their days of practice we can move forward and see how many would like to compete. You may know while many may not, but a Ladder is more competition, which means harder rules and more practice to win. We will also need to get a set number of players who will be 90% sure of attending TWL practice as well as matches.

But like I said, lets focus on fixing our practice dates and go from there.
