But I will say this, if Gid was the one that was actually saying all of the slurs and remarks, then hell must have surely frozen over.

As to the language quistion I'm afraid I'm probly the worst speller any one(includeing me) knows of.
(I was diagnosed with dislexea 20 some odd years ago, and when I am upset it gets worse.)
I would not how ever make to much of a point of bashing some one for there fualts wile partaking in slandering that person for being abussive...

Your right about smurfing, and the truth is that I raerly smurf because of the very reasons you sugest.

On the occasions a few months ago when I was smurffing it was because I had searusly lost my edge, and wanted to nock the rust off of what little skill I have annonumously.

All I want'd was a reason, and an acknowledgement that it was posable that it wasn't me that you intended to ban.

I have been stewing on this for quite awile now, and then to fined that the person that seemed so helpfull in his PM's was the one who had actualy don it, and had not bothered to tell me...

Frankly I lost it...

I think all you Vengence playes should contact your congressmen to pressure VUgames to patch this game. That or win the Mega bucks lottery and acquire tribes from VUgames and get some programmers to patch the sucker. This will be a continuing headache for the duration of Vengence.

Hello RD.... LTNS!!! I'm sure that Lady and a few others remember me from our T:V days, but for those that don't know me, allow me to introduce myself. I am the leader of =IV= Indiana Vehicles and we have been around since the beginning of T2. We have a very strict code of conduct and we enforce our code. We have always had a very good reputation as far as conduct, sportsmanship, and assisting fellow teams. Sure, we have had some bad seeds in the past, and as they were found, booted immediately without hesitation. That being said, Gid has been with us for years and I know, without a doubt, that he would not have made racial slurs or used profanity in real life, much less a game, so somewhere, there was a misunderstanding. I do agree with Corn, Gid.... should have kept this private. But...... I know Gid and I know that something like this will eat at him until resolved and he will do everything he can to clear his name..... that's just Gid.
Good luck in T:V, RD and maybe we will see you guys in the BF2 Battlefield in the future.

As I stated Lady will deal with it when she has time, Gideon I'm sorry bud Ronin sparked something last night and with that took me and my Wife a couple days to get the info as i write things down (oldf ashioned) as you nticed once you posted what happened I explained everything to you as was my intention and note for the record I was scenerly working to get this dealt with however i had to make sure it was the correct ID and IP.

As far as I'm concerned you should be unbanned and note I apologize for the mass confusion and frustration. BTW if this took place 3 months ago why did you wait so long in getting to us?

Had you have come to us back then it would have been dealt with much faster, just my memory has never een the best as anyone who knows or dealt with me can attest too.

to have some fun... my TKing record is established at 85 under a smurf name, for a 20 minute game. see if you can beat it. LOL! but seriously thats why people smurf is to run around doing random things when they get bored like TKing 85 people... oh man that was fun...

I have maid one mistake after another in this hole situation.

I do take a bit of exciption to the emplecation that I team kill for fun.
There was quite a long peared wear I was not playing at all, and I realy sucked when I came back.
At this point I realize that it would have been better to of been called a Noob, but at the time I didn't realize the alternative would lead to, well this.

I'm not so sure it was 3 mnths.
Now that I think about it I'd say more like 5 or 6 weeks.
Indi was just trying to do me a favore, and I'm afraid there was a brake down in comunication.

To answer the quistion I didn't feel it was that big a deal at first.
I thought "Hmm that sucks, Oh well it wont last, and I'm just playing for a little fun any way."

A week or so later I had gotten to the point wear I felt ready to actualy be part of a team again, and I PM'd Lady Death thinking if I was going to be back in the league I would need to be able to paly on your serverand as Dawg said it was kind of starting to eat at me.
That was just under 3 weeks ago.

Last week I realized that I would not be able to attend a scrim that I was suposed to be cocaptining, and that I didn't even know why...

That is when I contacted you TweakeD, and that prety much brings us up to date.

Wait one other thing some one sugested I fined another game...
To that I can only say.

Gid loves his Tribes in all of it's forms, and I intend to be palying it as long as there is at least one person that I can play against.

Gideon my friend, Lady has been pulling double duty at work and as such heads home late and crashes for the night. Please give her 24 hours and you will be able to log into Gigsworld once again. Sorry that some comments have been made here and BEML that have caused us all some brief grief and I asure you as God as my witness you;re name will be cleared from the list.

Please note in future that you should PM me on stuff like this as Lady and Gigs are 2 of the busiest people I know. I have her phone number in case of emergencies and I know for fact that you're a good guy and not what I had thought you were smurf wise.

=IV=Pousto here. Played T2 and T:V in =IV= with Gideon for about what... 3 years, Gid? (Before I moved to SWG, and then WoW now... lol)

I always thought of him kinda like my big brother, and always admired him for what he stood for - both in-game and out. Just wanted to stop by and say hello, and I'm glad everything's getting cleared up there. (Also glad I finished reading the thread before posting! )

Somethings wrong with my IP address guys!!! Ladydeath looked at my IP while i was on this site and she unbanned it but im still banned from RD server! Any suggestions as to what weird phenomonon is going on?
