Here's the deal...

Version 05 was supposed to be the open beta release. Which is why it was handed out to the original closed beta testers (just like 04 before that). The rest of the testers and the public at large were only supposed to have a 12-24 hour wait on their copies. Unfortunately, some large issues cropped up that would not make it advantageous to release on FilePlanet and to a population of gamers that you are trying to impress with your game.

There will be a new build coming soon that will fix these issues and become the open beta. All of you that are downloading the warez version are doing yourselves a disservice by proviing to Irrational, Vivendi and the rest of us law abiding citizens that the only thing you care about is getting your hands on the game and not about the game's success.

All that is asked from you is patience. You will be required to download the new build anyway when it comes out, so why not continue playing 04 until the proper version of 05 is out?
