For FP subscribers onlythough. However I just subscribed because I really really want to play this game, and 9.95 for this and the WoW stress test isn't too bad. I'll give you guys a brief run down about the game after I got it installed and play for a little bit, too let you know if it is worth DLing right now or if you should wait a week.

As everyone keeps reminding me....its BETA

Does anyone have a fileplanet subscriber account. I was just wondering if we could try sharing it. What is stopping us from logging in and downloading it more than once. Fileplanet doesn't have anything stopping this do they? As far as they know its just u logging from a different computer or same one and redownloading it. If anyone is willing to try this i'm up for it . If not i'll just have to wait a bit

It doesn't suck and its still beta.

Yeah this game will take some getting used to. Not in a bad way, more like in a tribes way. I feel like I haven't ever played a video game before in my life (a hyperbole, but still T:V is difficult.)

Major issues that I have:

1) Too me this game feels slower than T2 base. Instead of duels being more like jousts (From medieval times) they feel more like boxing matches. Me and the other Open beta tester just might not be good at it yet though.
2)Mortar whistles while rolling around on the ground. (This isn't major just stupid. The whistle is the sound of the mortar falling, not rolling.) =P
3)No shocklance. (Not an issue I'm just mourning it.)

I think its worth the FP price. But definitely worth the space on your HDD.

42 minutes on my download.....

kind of too small so you can't see the lettering of my name but the other way is TOO big. So hope you guys all like my signature took be all night and some help to get that done. Not that there was munch to it just fiddling. Don't ask me why i'm posting this here. Anyone want to let me try and log into there fileplanet account?

Raptor you can get the file but there is a CD-key for the installation which is also checked while playing online. I tried logging in on a different computer and it would let me download but the CD-Key was the same. And I'm sorry but I'm not letting my Cd-key get banned for sharing it when the actual open beta is in 7 days. The seven dollars is well worth it. For a beta version of the game it is real polished.

Cool. I understand your concern I wouldn't want to do it myself. Thanks for letting me know if it would have worked. Hmmm....$14.00 for a game that is free. I live in Canada so the exchange rate hurts me. By the time I make up my mind whether to pay or not it'll be out for free.
