So I was rear-ended about a month ago and am still jumping through hoops to get my jeep fixed. And, because my jeep is a 98 and has 161,000 miles on it, they may not want to fix all the dmg that was done because the car isn't worth that much. I think they should be required to put it back the way it was. It's annoying that i did nothing wrong and i might get the short end of the stick :-(

What if you were restoring that Jeep as a classic?
It should be put back to the way it was period.
