Why not just unban everyone from all the servers? It's christmas and that would be cool and all plus, the populatino of this game is dwindling. People have probly gotten BattleField 2 and WOW and FEAR and all those game and have unistalled this one.

New approach. At least it is in a much better spirit and attitude...I'll give ya that! T:V unbans are not my decision though so good luck.

Never going to happen an unban is only granted when the banny is justified and a mistake was done with either Antics or one of our members and has been recognized as such. For the love of the game change your game name to Good MidAir King so we know.

or just change your name period and tell Tweaked in the form of a PM...but as far as the unbanning of everyone=NO....to many botters that have been banned and are going to stay that way, and if they smurfed we would have a ton of trouble for us to find there IP again and ban them..sorry.

What i dont understand though, is how some people can accuse really good players at botting when there is antics on the server. IP Freely didnt you accuse explosive of botting, but theres antics on RD server? I'm not trying to say your decision was unjust, but it seems a little bizarre.

Ok no one is banned for no reason period...and if your friend wants unbanned then he needs to ask us and give us a reason for getting unbanned....there is no for no reason stuff.. Gideon requested that I unban him. I have written him 3 times and requested his IP (which I need to accomplish this) and he has yet to respond. At this point I'd say he doesn't care if he's banned or unbanned.

Ladydeath i PMed you my IP address but you never unbanned me. The first time i sent it, u unbanned it but i was still banned. (I got it from a site that supposedly told you your IP) but i PMed you and you never answered back

Gideon if it was 3 months ago under his smurf account was banned by me for rude abusive racial comments on the server whether or not it was him or a buddy I don't care. If he is going to keep is languange clean then his ban will be lifted. We have his IP as I have been talking to him on BEML PMs.

Lady has the info and will deal with it once and only once we are asured he will stay clean. Anyone smurfing and using abusive, rude, or racial behavior will be banned and the ban will stay. if that means you man can't play then find another who can or a server we can both agree to play on.

I've dealt with on too many occasions rude and racial behavior in Gigsworld and I will not allow these types to taint Gigawa and Lady's server with that sort at all. I hope anyone who reads this not of RD understands and respects this. RD is not the type of clan that supports players who have no respect or regard to server rules period.

I assure you that I would not, and have not ever intentionally used rude, or crude,
languedge of any kind on any server(smurfing or not) , and I have frineds of all racesses.

I was playing in the server and Bam I was banned.
I was at the time of the Ban playing under a smurf (Ronin), and in light of this information I well not be useing that smurf agian.
I was on speridian, and I was doing some farming to slow down the raiping of our base.
I was not typeing any thing.
I may have used some global v-chat, but unless we have gone to assinging meaning to v-chat that I know nothing about I was saying nothing wrong.
I use the following when pubbing please tell me if they mean somthing so I can cease useing them.

Well first off that some one would not have needed to ask me,
and I would have maid very sure that he, or she was indeed the person that I thought they were,
and I would have been very sure that they were actualy saying what I was accusing them of.
Or in fact even capable of saying what I was accuseing them of.

At this point I have no desire to play on your server.
In fact I realy was more worried about the reason then lifting the ban all along.
(If you would like proof of that I can post my PM's asking both Lady,
Tweaked, and S-G to look into this for me.)

My only reason for wanting to left the Ban is that I am a (long time) member of the BEML, I enjoy playing T:V,
and hope to someday soon be on a team that is in the league.

As I seem to be emportant to any team I play with, not because of skill so much as the fact that I play with a livel head,
and provide stability to any team I'm a part of.

No You Don't need to take my word, just trot over to =IV=, and ask them.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that english isn't your native language?

I really don't think they need to hear how you would have handled the situation because 1) It's not your server to dictate who plays and who stays and 2) You're trying to take little subtle cracks at whoever you have constacted about it thusfar. People aren't banned for no reason.

So I suggest the following;

1) Play on a different server
2) Play on a different computer
3) Play a different game

Gideon if you were playing under Ronin then there has to be another using the exact same name. The Ronin I kicked was using very bad languange such as the N word, S, and word, and calling me a C sucker.

That is what caused me to ban Ronin at that moment. Someone else most likely used your name and who knows maybe when someone say you log in as Ronin was instantly banned because of the fact that the Ronin I did ban was infact using rude and racial comments directed at me and a few other RD in the server at the time.

Freely, Grims, and a couple others whom i cannot remember were there and saw it too. I'm sorry if this has caused you grief and as I said lady is looking into the ban list and does in fact have your IP. People smurf all the time and this contributes to the problem of banning the wrong people. Gideon as a fellow 30-something perhaps it would be better for you not to smurf. Since you are odviously known and respected in the community for how long now?

I hope this helps clear the confusion here.

Edit: Also note Gideon I did not PM you this info as I had to make sure whom it was "name wise" (waited for Wife to find my list at home, I write down names and dates along with reasons why ban or kick was done).
