The vote is still out on that. For sure, no ladders. But we might consider a league.

Not really. Any team can join a ladder. Not every team may join a league. Leagues are less stressful and you are playing against teams you know and respect. Its like a family of tribes. Competition is there, but it is more like scrims among friends. Ladders can be ruthless, mean, ignorant teams, childish behavior, etc, etc, etc.
