The only two annoying bugs I've noticed is:
1. I can't browse or search the internet during a call, which is annoying I shouldn't have to activate wifi to do it... this is a smartphone. It should automatically do the job for me; with the presets I've enabled, during a call.
2. There's only one way to view videos and that's landscape.
3. Music menus are weak.
But that's it!
I check public transportation schedules while in route, browse forums and make replies, update my calendar, listen to music, vids... the music setting is very dry but I can sync music, photos and vids with itunes, windows media player, etc or just transfere via data cable... I've done both. Noticed several internet journalists bash the Droid saying no multitouch, there is and you need it to view websites. Double tap the screen and the page resizes and then a zoom window reveals itself for futher resizing. If you see blog feeds mention no multitouch with the droid, then you know your reading recycled new feeds with no research.
I'm not bashing iPhone... I've wanted one for years, but the Droid is a solid smartphone too. The biggest mistake Apple made was locking into a binding agreement with ATT. I guess Steve Jobs had his reasons but, that agreement with ATT was the deal breaker with me. The motorola droid is an infant compare to the more mature iPhone but from what I have seen and experienced, it can compete.
