As an RD attorney may I remind you that the prosecuting attorney has absolutly no authority in overruling a legitiment complaint that clearly violates Mr. St!kers constitutional rights. The fact that you have took it upon yourself to overrule the defending parties complaints without the Honorable Judge LadyDeath present is defined as an illegal practice of law. Therefor making this a mistrial.
Now to further my duties as Mr. Str!kers legal council I would like to put forth my opening statments to the Grand Jury & the Honorable Judge LadyDeath.
My client, Mr. Str!ker, was only doing his duty as an elite shrike defender! Defending himself, fellow teammates, base, & assets. The charges that Mr.Str!ker is being brought up on is obsurred. I will tell you why.

But also in the T2RDPR
(Tribes 2 Rebel Dawgs Position Responsabilities) Section: ShrikeD-2b
It states, and I quote
"Any & All members of the RD Defensive squad that is under a direct order to play out their position during a time of war, is to use any and all means available to them to protect their Base, Gens, Inventories, Base Turrets, Sensors, Remote Deployables, Fellow Squad Members, &
FLAGS."
This is exactly what Mr. Str!ker has done. He simply followed orders and done as a soldier should. So, what are we charging him with? Is he a criminal for performing Active Duty and doing a superb job of his position? Or is he being charged because the Offensive Wing cannot handle the fact that Mr. Str!ker is such a good Shrike Pilot that they want him in jail or restraining orders thrown against him? I ask the ladies and gentleman of the jury, Is this justice? Is a man no longer allowed to defend what is rightfully theirs?
I think the jury can see my point. I hope the members of the jury and Judge LadyDeath, can look beyond these charges brought forth by the Jealouse Offensive Wing and see the real Mr. Str!ker, the real reasons and motives behind all this conspiracy against a fellow DAWG.
With that being said, I am performing a countersuit against the Offensive Wing in the amount of $15,000 for damages done to Mr. Str!kers' Shrike.
If the ladies and gentleman of the court and jury would please divert your attention to Defense Exibits A & B below, you can see the overwhelming damages done to Mr. Str!kers' Shrike. Mr. Str!ker was so determined, (like a dedicated good soldier should be) to defend his base and assets that damage was beyond repairs. Mr. Str!ker was involved in some major head on colisions with many of the Offensive Wing Members, Espeacially the fat, overweight, Mr. Rotorhead! Mr. Rotorhead was hit numerous times by Mr. Str!kers' Shrike that he caused 75% of the damages done!
