Yes. Gotta feel good to be an Ohio State fan as well.

But the real tragedy of it all is that Ohio and Boise will not get to face each other - no chance of that. The BCS Bowl system is a broken unit. It really needs to go away, and it needs to be replaced with a Playoff system.

Then, little podunk, backwoods colleges like BSU might actually have a shot at playing someone of calibur. Lotsa folks griping that Boise gets a BCS bowl game, and rightfully so considering our schedule. It was a whimpy schedule. Fix the BCS crap with a playoff system and then no one has to question it.

I'm not complaining about the results this year though . . . Boise gets a BCS game which means lots and lots of mulla for the WAC. But, mark my words, the system "will" change and it will change soon. It has to.

Don't count your chickens before they're hatched, Pharoah! You might not face Oklahoma, if they lose to Nebraska in the Big 12 title game. You could end up with Florida (if they lose to Arkansas), Arkansas (if they lose to Florida), Auburn (if the Florida/Arkansas loser falls far enough), Rutgers (if Florida/Arkansas loser falls far enough and Rutgers beats West Virginia). or even Louisville (if Rutgers wins). How disinterested would the viewing public be in a Rutgers/Louisville vs. BSU game on January 1st at 8 p.m.! I'm betting FOX is rooting for an SEC or Big 12 vs. BSU match-up!

I would prefer an OU match-up, but BSU is anxious to take on whoever it is. Your right, this week can make a difference in who we play. It will be an interesting round.

Sorry dude. We had to send you our coach Hawkins, but . . . in fairness, I don't think a new coach steps into an "extremely" broken program and turns it around in less then a year. Give Hawkins two more years and I bet things look much different.
