Welcome to BEML T:V Season 2!!!
I'm proud to inform you that your team has been granted membership in BEML along with a number of other TIW (RDH, FS, CO, COBRA). The new season of TV will be starting very shortly! We expect about 11-12 teams to be participating. Season will most likely run for about 3 months with weekly matches for all teams. You will soon be receiving info on the map voting process which you will need to complete in about 1 week, after which, the new season will begin. (This has already been completed so disregard) You will do this before the start of season 3!
There are a few things that the team captains and members need to do ASAP
1) Captains forum: Team captains(2) need to request access to the Captains forum group. This gives them access to a few hidden forums used for discussing issues and voting on rules, etc.
2) A forum group has been created for each team. The Captains need to request membership in their forum group, which will be transferred the them. After that has been done, team members will need to request access to that forum group to be able to access the hidden members forums. Team captains manage the membership of their own teams forum group.
To join a group, select the Group CP (control panel) link at top right of
http://www.beml.org/phpBB2. The bottom half of the Group CP page allows you to join groups. Select the group you want to join in the drop-down box, and click "View Information" to see all current members and more options. Then click the Join Group button. This sends a message to the group's moderators, who then approve your membership.
3) The season schedule will be released shortly, after which you will have to start negotiating the date and server to be used for the first match. Preliminary negotiations are done in the forum
http://www.beml.org/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=26 . Map choices are posted here and also added to the negotiation screen on the main site. Once decided, add the date and server info in the negotions panel. FYI, in the event of dissagreements, the forum is the 'trusted' source of info, so it is important that you post all info there.
