Hey RD long time since i have posted here, but have your clan ever thought about making an IRC channel??
IRC is just a ChatRoom for your clan. And the chat rooms are hosted on one big server. The channels are VERY easy to make and VERY easy to manage.
If you want i could make you a very nice IRC channel.
Our IRC channel is on the server GameSurge. It is a server focused on FPS's and has over 10,000 channels.

This is the "Java" way of doing it. You can also get the program but do this just for checking it out

3. At the bottom right hand corner of the chat screen you should see a small box that says "Change Nick To". Type in your NAME
4. In the chat box type in this, /join #UnitedBasePlayers
