I downloaded the game but cant register an account. Every time I try to go to the "Free Sign Up" button the connection times out. Did you have this problem?

Nevermind I figured it out....got signed up and played for an hour.

Interesting game. Not used to playing these kind of games other than Eve Online but even it was very different.

Anywho....I will play some more later...right now getting ready to eat dinner so have to take a break.

Im glad you posted this thread....Im not much for MMORPG's but man I am addicted to this game! Its so much fun!

So far I have made it to a level 25 archer.

Now that I have played it for about a week Im thinking of making a second character (Cleric) (Priest) or (Wizard) ..... The magic classes look like so much fun!

are either of you still playing? I just started trying MMORPGs and this one looked interesting. I am planning to start a charachter tomorrow or the next day, if i have the time.

Im playing....Im addicted to it pretty heavy! Which is odd because I have never been much into MMORPG's.

Yea get ya a character started and Ill show ya the ropes. Im still learning myself, but I can get ya started on the basics and help ya through your 1-27 levels.

Have any clue what race your gonna go for yet?

Any recommendations on class? Which classes, if any, can have pets/familiars?

Well seems the popular classes are Cleric and Venomancer. But each class has its own special advantages. The Barbarian for instance is a good tank and can take a lot of damage, so its another good choice.

Myself I like the elf "race" because you can fly at level 1 which makes a huge advantage. If you choose Human or Untamed you wont be able to fly till level 30. Having to travel on foot is very time consuming and dangerous.

As for Archer....I have been having a blast playing. Biggest advantage is ranged attacks and is the quickest class there is. Disadvantages....has a low HP level, so you take on damage easier. But I think with the ranged attack the low HP isnt a big deal.

If you want to stay in the elf race but prefer something other than Archer...The Cleric seems to be a popular class (Might I add it looks like a lot of fun) Even thinking of loading another character up to try it out myself.

As for pets....the Venomancer is the class to choose if you want to have pets "Battle Pets" As far as I know they are the only class that can have them. You can however....have a mount pet (one that you ride) It can be obtained by any class/race. However it has to be paid for with real money from the website. Or you could find someone in game that is selling one for coin...But you will be paying A LOT of money. You can aquire them at Level 20 (as long as you get whats called a spur) this is an extra item that allows you to get and use it at level 20, otherwise you cant use them til level 40. I just bought one today as matter of fact....they are fun to play with and useful for "farming"

We all play on Heavens Tear. No real particular time I guess. I'm usually around somewhere. Haven't really had enough people interested to bother with TeamSpeak, much less we aren't in the same guild. I'm pretty sure if anybody needs a place my guild would probably more than welcome you.
