Hello, Dawgs.

Several members have come to me inquiring about my joining <=RD=> so I figured I would at least get on the message board here and see what's what. :)

A little about myself (as it relates to T:V)...

I'm an old-school Tribes player who skipped the T2 generation and jumped straight back in to T:V. My main focus is on capping/chasing only because I'm not much good at anything else. [laughs]

I've played on the RD server plenty of times (I'm usually there or the COBRA server) and thought I might bring something to the mix if I joined.

Anyway, enough about me. I need to get back to avoiding doing real work. See you online!

Hey Boggins.. Thanx for making the trip over and posting.. lol.. Though I know it may have seemed like work I feel perhaps the trouble was well worth it.. Hopefully you'll be around some this evening playing or in the forums so we can bug ya some more.. ;)

I think I'm going to be offline for a bit (game-wise). My video card seems to be exhibiting some signs of death and I can't play more than one map withing it locking things up. (I've reinstalled the drivers already several times. Maybe I need to reinstall T:V. That will be the last thing I do before throwing in the towel and getting a new card under warranty.)

More news when my PC is fixed.

Called BFG late last night and they are cross-shipping my RMA. Joy...out of commission for about a week while the new card wings its way to me. Good thing is that BFG customer service kicks ass and their lifetime warranty has saved the day!

When I get the new card installed I'll inquire about obtaining full membership status. :)
