Pats all the way. Even as a pats fan I had my doubts about them against the Chargers, and they came through.

They've been saying that about them since before the KC game... it's payback time ladies, and Peyton's got a check with Tom Brady's name all over it. :D

loook, im gonna be honest, the colts have a bad history, but now, our defense is doing ok, and peyton is doing alright. as long as peyton moves the chains, we'll win. and wow, my three favorite teams are in, the pats, colts, and saints. GO DREW BREES, purdue alum allll the way

If Peyton's so great, why didn't he score any touchdowns? They won the last game despite him.

At least include Brady in the discussion too here...

Yea Peyton had a bad game, but Brady had an awful one as well. There was one difference between the AFC games this weekend though... the Colts won their game, but the Pats didn't - the Chargers lost it.

I love seeing the vocal Pats bandwagoners out and about right now though... it's amazing how they pop out in the open when "their team" is advancing in the playoffs.

The Chargers were the team to beat this season, and they were beaten. Bitterness says otherwise, that's all. Brady did have a bad game, that's probably the worst I've seen him play since the Denver playoff game last season. Regardless, the Chargers lost and the Patriots won.

Manning put them in to position enough times to get points on the board, I wouldnt call that "despite" him. And the defense that everyone has been saying sucks so bad seems to be holding up their end of the bargain thusfar in the playoffs. The Colts have gone into the playoffs in the past with commentators saying they were the team to beat, and they got beat. This year... everyone expects them to lose. Kewl by me...lol.

Im not saying theyre going to win it all.... or even make it to the Superbowl, but I will say this... they have just as good a chance as any other team thats left, and they've got something to prove... and that can go a long way.

The Ravens are a very good D that sends pressure to the QB and that's been Peyton's true achilles heel the past two seasons. He also did enough for us to win. I'd rather the team win games like that then crumble with Peyton throwing for 3 TDs.

And Deuce McAllister = beast.

What I've been reading in the papers and online is that Peyton is falling into his usual post season pattern where he basically ends up caving. It's very true about the sacking. He HATES being touched. If the Pats can manage to sack him, or even knock him about, several times at the beginning he'll start his usual of running scared. Seen it too many times. He has a real hard time if he can't plant & throw. He has a very hard time throwing on the run.

What you've "read" in the papers and online prior to this point is that the Colts wouldnt be where they are right now. So much for the that.

If you think Manning is some kind of Neanderthal, ala "Frankenstien Forehead"(low blow Dunna, shame on you:lol:) that hasnt learned from past mistakes... well, time will tell.

Also.... name me a quaterback that likes being sacked, most do not perform as well under pressure, but some better than others of course. I'm sure he's aware of his weaknesses, and working on them.

What Gala said is true...Ravens were the #1 defense in the NFL, and they were still beat by a team that scored no touchdowns... and whos own defense was/is considered crappy at best.... but still held them to no touchdowns.

psst..... get ready to see something new Rockey:)

Actually throwing on the move was something Peyton worked on quite a bit this offseason and he has done it effectively this year. Tom Brady is no Mike Vick back there either...

Most QBs have problems throwing on the run and most of the hate being touched. The papers and online mostly said the Colts and Pats would lose. VGO.
